A very bright and comfortable room located in a family home surrounded by a garden. It is furnished with a 140x200 cm bed with bedding, a three-door wardrobe with hangers, a chest of drawers, a nightstand, a round table with two chairs, a bookcase, and a large mirror.

The kitchen, bathroom/toilet, and living room with a balcony are shared. Access to the apartment is secured by a digital code, and the bedroom can be locked.

The spacious and fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials. Access to the laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and dryer, is available upon request.

Regarding overhead costs, the apartment is cleaned on a rotating basis every three weeks. The cost of cleaning products and trash bags is shared among the tenants.

Shops, the village, the lake, and public transportation are nearby. The University of Lausanne (UNIL) and the EPFL (EPFL) are accessible by public transportation.
