Rent room with double bed, desk, storage and wardrobe in the hallway. Wifi and possible use of the kitchen. Shared bathroom and toilet. I would like a tenant who is rather non-smoking, no alcohol. Please note that I have a long-haired cat, that's why I prefer women, the cat wanders around at night. Metro, bus, markets, shops and all amenities nearby.
