I'm a Swiss woman of Cambodian origin, and I'm offering a sublet in my beautiful apartment in Lausanne. I would be delighted to share this space with someone friendly and respectful. The room is approximately 12 m² and is equipped with large wall-mounted wardrobes. It is currently furnished with a comfortable sofa bed. However, if you prefer to bring your own bed, no problem—the sofa bed can be easily removed.

You will, of course, have access to the living room and all common areas, except the cellar. A personal fridge is also available in the kitchen, and you have your own bathroom. The apartment, spacious (115 m²), bright, and very pleasant to live in, offers architecture and interior design that create a feeling of space and well-being.

It enjoys an ideal location in Lausanne, very close to Georgette, a few minutes' walk from the train station and Place St-François. Bus lines 1, 2, 4, 8 and 9 are also nearby.
