Lydie, I welcome you to my apartment as a guest room. I am not a hotel and am not subject to the same regulations.
I am in an old Marseille building with semi-narrow staircase access on the 1st floor. The apartment is a duplex, access to the rooms is also via a staircase. (IMPORTANT to know for large and heavy suitcases)
I have two private rooms (located in the apartment) at my disposal. The rooms and the entire apartment are non-smoking.
The accommodation in its entirety is not equipped with a television.
You share with the other guests a nice bathroom with its walk-in shower and separate toilet.
3 important rules:
- No noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
- Shoes remain outside the apartment. Please bring your indoor slippers if necessary.
- No possibility to cook and do laundry.
