We are looking for 3 lovely people to share with 3 other lovely people (young professionals, master's students) our beautiful furnished, detached house of 120 m², renovated in 2017, on a 500 m² plot of land. It is located on Avenue du Val de Loire, in the La Vallée/Fétilly district, a 15-minute walk from Place de Verdun in downtown La Rochelle. The postcode for Google Maps, etc., is 17140. It is located directly across from a large “Bio-Coop” supermarket.
The house has been ours for almost 20 years, and we now live elsewhere, but return every year for the summer holidays. We have poured our hearts into the house and are very eager to find kind and caring people, both with the house and with each other.
There are six bedrooms, a large living room with a TV and hi-fi system, a table and chairs for eight, and a kitchen.
