After 2 years of intense renovation, we are renting out our 300 m² mansion made up of 7 furnished bedrooms (15 to 25 m² each) with south-facing garden located on Chaussée de Charleroi in Montignies sur Sambre.
🏡In addition to the bedrooms, the house includes large common living rooms (70 m²), 2 completely renovated bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a garden of more than 50 square meters facing south, ideal for enjoying aperitifs and barbecues during the summer! The icing on the cake: a projector for your film evenings, a bicycle room and a gym are at your disposal. The gym is equipped with an exercise bike, an elliptical trainer, a punching bag, dumbbells and yoga mats.
