Airbnb calendar synchronisation

Do you want to synchronise your Airbnb calendar with Roomlala to avoid double bookings, but you're not sure where to find the link on Airbnb? Don't panic, here's a step-by-step guide.

Before you start

Calendar synchronisation is not available via the Airbnb mobile app. You need to log in to your Airbnb account from a computer or web browser.

Retrieve the synchronisation link on Airbnb

Once logged in to your Airbnb account, follow these steps:

• Go to the "Listings" page and select the listing you want to synchronise.
• In the listing menu, click on "Pricing and availability".
• Scroll down the page to the "Calendar synchronisation" section.
• Click on "Export calendar".
• A window will open with an iCal link: copy it.

This link is the address Roomlala will use to automatically retrieve dates already booked on Airbnb.

Paste the link into Roomlala

Return to Roomlala, go to your listing management, then to the calendar synchronisation section. Paste the link copied from Airbnb into the designated field and confirm.

Your unavailable dates on Airbnb will then be automatically blocked on Roomlala. The update may take a few minutes.

Good to know

• The Airbnb link is personal: do not share it with anyone else.
• If you have multiple listings on Airbnb, you must repeat the operation for each of them.
• To synchronise in the other direction (from Roomlala to Airbnb), you will also need to import the Roomlala link into Airbnb, via the "Import calendar" button located in the same place.
