How do you define a personalized or seasonal price?

Seasonal rates on Roomlala

The seasonal rates shown in your listing only apply to rentals of less than 45 days .
They allow you to adjust your prices according to the periods (low, mid or high season).

Activate seasonal rates

To apply different rates depending on the season, you must have checked “Yes” to the question “My rates vary depending on the season” in the “Durations and rents” section when editing your listing.

Once this option is activated, indicate your different rates (low, mid and high season) and specify the dates to which they apply.

How does it work?

- After entering your seasonal rates, click on “Update your calendar” .
- By default, the calendar is light green : this means that the period is available at the low season rate.
- Click once on a day to apply the mid-season rate.
- Double- click for high season rates.
- Click 3 times to mark the date as unavailable .
- To apply these changes to an entire week, click on the week number (e.g., S32) on the left of the calendar.

Good to know

📣 Seasonal rates only apply to stays of less than 45 days .
If several seasonal rates overlap over the same period, the low season rate will be applied by default.

For a mid-season or high-season rate to be taken into account:
- Only one seasonal rate must be active for the entire requested period.
- The reservation period must be less than 45 days .

Change the price of a reservation

If the price automatically calculated by Roomlala is not suitable for you, you can offer a special deal to the tenant.
For that :
1️⃣ Go to your personal space , “Messaging” tab.
2️⃣ Open a conversation with the tenant in question.
3️⃣ Click on the yellow “Edit date / price” button on the left.
4️⃣ Indicate the price adjusted according to the season or length of stay.
